Massage therapy has been shown to increase circulation, manage stress, reduce pain and improve range of motion — and the emotional benefits are just as real. Whether you’re looking for a relaxation massage or a deep pressure session, your treatment is tailored to what your body needs that day.

  • Reducing pain
  • Managing stress

  • Better sleep
  • Circulation
  • Injury recovery
  • Neck & shoulder tension
  • Lower back pain
  • Sports recovery
  • Desk-related tension

Let your therapist know about any injuries, conditions or medications, and how much pressure you prefer. You can ask them to adjust at any time.

How we treat

Our massage therapy modalities

Your therapist combines these techniques to suit your body and goals.

Deep Tissue Massage

Accurately targets the troubled area to work deep into the knots. Very effective for chronic pain, delayed-onset muscle soreness and general tension.

Myofascial Release

Long hours and poor posture — especially when working from home — build up adhesions in the fascia. This technique releases that daily build-up.

Swedish Massage

Broad strokes, tapotement and muscle stripping help ease the nervous system and lower heart rate and blood pressure, leading to deep relaxation.

PNF Stretching

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation relaxes a muscle by activating its opposite, making it easier to lengthen. Especially helpful for athletes and referred pain.

Trigger Point Release

Sustained, focused pressure on hyper-irritable spots in the muscle to relieve local and referred pain.
